Sun Wukong joins the pantheon
The Monkey King arrives as a trickster deity. His passive, Monkey Business, spawns a 1/1 Monkey token whenever you summon a warrior. Once summoned, Monkey See, Monkey Do copies the last spell or miracle played — with brand-new targets.
Building the match engine
Every move in God Card will be validated on the server: whose turn it is, available energy, summon limits, target and attack legality, damage, triggered effects, and victory conditions. The browser never decides the rules — so the battlefield stays fair. It's in development now, and it's the last thing standing between you and your first duel.
The road ahead
Online duels come first. After that: AI opponents, a ranked ladder, replays, spectator mode, and tournaments. We're polishing the core duel until it shines like temple gold.
