Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Red Republic Comics (“we”, “us”) covering your use of god-card.com and the God Card game portal (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Early access
God Card is in early access and under active development. Features described on this site may be incomplete, may change, or may be removed. We may reset game data — including decks and match history — while the game is in development, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information, and keep your email address current so you can recover your account.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated clients or scripts to play.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, in usernames, card submissions, or anywhere else.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Disrupt the Service, including by overloading it or interfering with other players' use of it.
- Upload unlawful content, or artwork and text you do not have the right to use.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of the card ideas, artwork, and other content you submit. By submitting content — for example through the Card Suggestor — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display it as part of the Service and in promoting it. If we publish a card based on your submission, we may credit it to your username.
Only submit artwork you created or are licensed to use. We remove content that infringes someone else's rights, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly submit it.
Our content
God Card, its name, logo, card designs, artwork, rules text, and software are owned by Red Republic Comics and protected by copyright and trademark law. Playing the game does not transfer any ownership in it to you. Deities, myths, and figures drawn from world mythology are used as the basis for original characters and are not claimed as historical or religious representations.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Republic Comics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game develops. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will give notice in the game or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
